My Fun Factory Laya Spot is red and silver, cool-looking and sexy. It reminds me vaguely of athletic wear or wearable art. It comes with a small instruction booklet and a pillow pak of silicone lube gel in the usual sexy Fun Factory packaging. Laya Spot has several increasing intensity settings then three pulse settings. Nice, I thought to myself. I washed it, lubed it up and put it to work.
My first impression was…is this thing on? Seriously, it vibrated slightly for a few seconds then stopped. I pressed the (+) button and the intensity increased a little, but not enough for me. I removed the two AA batteries and replaced them with brand new ones. Aah! Now it’s a go. The ergonomic little vibe sprang to life. I set it to the task in earnest.
Waiting…waiting…I almost titled this review “Waiting for Godot” because I never thought that orgasm would arrive. Just when I was wondering how much longer I should spend before I called this another Womolia-style failure (not enough intensity, interesting stimulation patterns, but that alone doesn’t make me come) I had my first subtle orgasm. Finally! I had been horny for several hours already before Laya Spot arrived and it usually doesn’t take me very long to get off when I’m already warmed up.
Once I had an orgasm, they just kept coming like yellow cabs on Seventh Avenue. They were ordinary but just the ticket when you need one. Occasionally a checker came by. Maybe I didn’t recognize some of those gypsy cabs when they passed. Anyway, Laya Spot is quiet, convenient and fits nicely between me and my underwear. It’s small and quiet enough to wear while running errands.
Once I warmed up by having several run-of-the-mill orgasms, I started having the sweetest little clit-centered orgasms. They were as gentle as angels’ wings. It was as hard to stop at just one as it is to eat just one M & M. I was glad that I spent time warming up and giving LayaSpot ample opportunity to wow me. I could have easily spent the rest of the afternoon enjoying the subtle, sweet orgasms that Laya Spot turned out like Mother Nature turns out snowflakes: breathtakingly ordinary, similar yet unique.

You don’t have to go looking for love when it’s where you come from. ~Werner Erhard
